Chef’s Choice 15 Trizor XV EdgeSelect Electric Knife Sharpener Brushed Metal

The Chef’s Choice M15 Trizor XV EdgeSelect (101508) gets your knives sharper than they came from the box. This highly-acclaimed electric sharpener can do all Japanese 15 angle knives, and is ideal for converting your traditional European knives to a sharper, 15 angle. The Trizor XV Edge technology lengthens the life of your knives by creating an arched, triple-beveled convex edge rather than a straight wedge. Its so easy to use the Trizor XV; the spring guides hold your knife accurately in place as you run your knife through the diamond abrasives in each stage. In addition to kitchen knives, you can also sharpen single and double-beveled knives, serrated knives, hunting, and pocket knives. As a favourite among chefs and critics, the Trizor XV received top marks for the best performance and edge in Cooks Illustrated July/August 2015 issue.Ideal for converting traditional 20-degree factory edges of household knives into high performance Trizor XV edgesDiamonds and advanced stropping stage for sharpening both straight edge and serrated bladesEasily apply the astonishingly sharp Trizor XV Edge for ultimate sharpness and effortless cuttingSharpener for American-, European-, and Asian-style knives, including straight edge and serratedConverts 20-degree factory edge into high-performance Trizor 15-degree edgeThree stages include diamond abrasives and flexible, abrasive stropping disksFlexible spring guides automatically adjust for the proper angle; simple on/off switchFabric Type: Stainless Steel
