Berkey Bb9-2 Black Purification Replacement Elements Set of 2

Description

These Black Purification Elements work better than most commonly available gravity filter elements you would find. In tests these filters have shown to work amazingly well even with water that carries way more pathogens than would otherwise be found in regular sources of water. Black purification elements are so powerful they can remove red food coloring from water without removing the beneficial minerals your body needs. Virtually no other filtration element can duplicate this performance. This concentration of pathogens is so great that the post filtered water should be expected to contain 100 000 or more pathogens per liter (99.99% reduction – the requirement for pathogenic removal). Incredibly the purification elements removed 100%!Capacity: 6000 Gallons.Cleanable, Self-Sterilizing Filters. Each black element has a life of 3,000 gallons, or 6,000 gallons for the pair. (less than 2 cents per gallon of water).Original factory replacement element for all Berkey water filter systems.
